Thanks to the treatment, my body is recovering very well!
I have been a patient of Rochelle Clark’s since the end of May. She treated me prior to my liposuction and afterwards. Thanks to her treatments my body has handled the surgery and recovering very well. I appreciate her professionalism and knowledge regarding the lymphatic system.
A pivotal part of my healing journey!
Professional and knowledgeable, she explains the process along with whole health benefits beyond surgical aftercare. It’s evident she is passionate about her craft as she works in a caring, gentle manner. Lymphatic drainage has become a pivotal part of my healing journey. The results are instant both in the way I feel and look. In hindsight I would’ve started much sooner, however, I’m grateful that fate put her in my path.
The treatment has been the key component in advancing my recovery!
I found Rochelle after my double mastectomy for cancer. My surgeon recommended I find a lymphatic drainage specialist. Rochelle is the only certified specialist in our area. The treatment Rochelle provides has been the key component in advancing my recovery. I can’t say enough about the difference her expertise has made in my self-care and recovery. In addition, her knowledge as a nutritionist has helped further my wellness. I highly recommend Rochelle if you need support for cancer surgery recovery and treatment.

What's the best way to prepare for a session?
- Drink plenty of water so you are well hydrated two to four days before each session.
- Eat lightly, at least on the day of the session.
- Avoid heavy, highly processed, and greasy foods.
- Avoid wearing tight clothing on the day of the session. Tight elastic, belts or underwire bras can restrict the flow of lymphatic fluid.
