No one likes to be sick. The flu, sinus issues, and allergies can all make it difficult to reach your wellness goals. While a healthy diet and exercise routine and hydration are the most important factors for health and fighting off illness, essential oils can offer support.
For example, certain essential oils can help to open your sinuses and lungs during cold and flu season. And if you suffer from dry skin as a result as your flu and sinuses, then try adding in some of your favorite flavors of essential oils to your creams or coconut oil to nourish it.
