Want a few tips for aging gracefully? I’ve listed a few of my favorite tips including essential oils and therapies to invest in here.

Not to brag, but I frequently am asked what I do to stay looking young and fresh, and if I can share tips for aging gracefully. Of course, I’m always happy to oblige.

I’ve dedicated my career to helping women look and feel their best through lymphatic massage therapy. However, it is often what we do outside of specialized treatments that help us age naturally.

Whether you’re in your 30’s looking to prevent premature aging or in your 60’s looking for tips for aging naturally, I want to highlight five ways you can embrace aging while reducing the signs of time.

Be sure to read through the whole piece where I highlight the best essential oil for deep wrinkles and how face cupping wrinkles could cut years off your appearance!

Essential Oils Nourish Aging Skin

I adore essential oils. I firmly believe that every woman should invest in essential oils to maintain a healthy life. Besides my five favorite essential oils for women, there are particular oils I recommend if you want to combat signs of aging like wrinkles.

These are best essential oils for deep wrinkles:

Frankincense

Frankincense is ideal for reducing stress and promoting relaxation. However, it also has active ingredients that combat aging. It is ideal for fighting age spots. If you’ve noticed a few pop-up age spots on your hands, arms, and face, then start using this essential oil in your moisturizer and see the difference.

Rose Oil

Rose oil is ideal for supporting a youthful and healthy appearance. You won’t find many essential oils that offer the same level of support for your skin. Again, it can easily be added to your moisturizer.

Palmarosa

Palmarosa is highly underated. It is well known for its lovely hydrating properties, making it the perfect choice for mature skin. Palmarosa is gentle and it is pleasing for all skin types. It has a sweet floral aroma and is an ideal addition to many personal blends because it is smooth with subtle middle notes.

Implementing these three essential oils into your facial routines will give your skin a fighting chance against father time.

Invest in Facial Lymphatic Massage to Detox

While I might be a lymphatic massage therapist, I know the science behind this technique. And facial lymphatic drainage massage therapy is a great way to detox your skin and help tighten it. Loose sagging skin is a sign of aging, so anything you can do to reduce inflammation and bloating will help you stay looking young.

If you have questions about facial lymphatic massage, please send me a message. I am happy to discuss this unique and powerful therapy.

Consider Cupping Therapy

Face cupping wrinkles is another great way to stay looking young. Cupping increases oxygen-rich blood circulation throughout your skin and connective tissues. This also leads to the stimulation of fibroblast cells that build collagen and elasticity in your skin. The result? Visibly reduced fine lines and deep wrinkles.

Embrace a Healthier Diet & Exercise Routine

Another way to reduce premature aging is to change your diet and exercise habits. Regular exercise, as little as walking a few miles per day, can dramatically reduce your risks of premature aging.

Eating fresh fruits and vegetables daily is another tool to repair your skin and stay healthy longer.

Rest and Relax Regularly

Perhaps one of the most overlooked tips for aging gracefully is regular rest and relaxation. Aging naturally is all about doing what works for your body. I personally enjoy doing Yoga and I try to get at least 7 hours of sleep per night.

The average adult (regardless of age) requires 7-9 hours of sleep per night. Shoot for that number and be sure to recharge your inner batteries by doing something you enjoy each day for at least 1 hour.

There is nothing to fear about aging if you love yourself. These tips for aging gracefully are only suggestions, but I promise you even if you implement one or two you’ll notice changes for the better in your life.

I hope these tips help you, and if they do, let me know in the comments below! Or if you’d like to schedule an appointment for a lymphatic massage or facial cupping services, please reach out to me here.
